Carrer Related Topic!

It was not easy to choose my degree. My option were Social Work or Psychology. I finally chose Social Work because the curriculum of the Social work at the University of Chile, for me, was very interesting and the teachers too. This degree was closed on 1973 during the dictatorship. My generation is the first generation after the dictatorship. So, this event I motivate myself to choose Social Work at the University of Chile and not in another university. When I was fifteen, sixteen and seventeen I wanted to study Physical education, Tourism, or Psychology and the last year at school I decided study Social work.

At the moment, I like Social Work. Sometimes is a difficult and I don’t have much time for to do sport, for example running, tennis, yoga.

My favorites topics are epistemology, Philosophy, investigation and cosmopolitism. I like my career and my university. In the practices I worked in political publics and was very interesant and challenging, because was very difficult.

My campus is very big and for this, I have many friends of different careers and this it is interesting because there is more diversity. Friends of Sociology, Psychology, Education and Anthropology. For me, have friends is very important. The university is not just study.
